Pros: Good location, with the easy access to the city center, lots of free parking places around there. We've got a room in the nasard, bigger than expected, with the isolated bedroom and spacious bedroom, with both bath and shower. The a la cart breakfast was quite decent and for reasonable price.
Cons: Actually the only problems were with the bathroom: 1) the smell in the bathroom as soon as we started to use the shower, and, it hasn't disappeared despite the open window, 2) the water was leaking through the joint between the glass and the wall in the shower, so you need to use it carefully. I can also note that at night I was awakened by the barking of dogs on the street, which did not stop for a long time - but perhaps I was just unlucky.

Best customer service, unlike Booking.com
Pros: The staff, went out of the way to help. My flight was delayed, other flights were directed to the one I landed. No taxis available. Slept in the airport floor and only managed to get to the hotel at 10.30. The person allowed my to check out late- 2pm

Was good but very far from the Camino
Pros: Friendly and welcoming receptionist. Rooms were comfortable. Arrangements for in-room massage that several from the group leveraged and after the long camino, this was really good. There was a town center, which was a good place to hang-out in the evening. The area had other facilities as well - grocery store (Gadis), laundromat, cafe etc. But the places close early so watch out.
Cons: The biggest gap that we found was lack of a phone/intercom in the room. So there was no way to call for housekeeping or reception or restaurant services. One had to go down the reception for everything. The second issue we had was the location with respect to the Camino path. We were walking the Camino Portuguese and did not realize Teo is not a town but a district. So ended up booking this hotel which was very far. When something is marked \

Very good overall.
Pros: The Saturday morning receptionist was exceptional - very helpful - went out of her way to help me & other hotel guests.
Cons: The windows in my first floor room opened out just above the street, which was very noisy & often smelly with cigarette smoke.

It is in a quiet residential area with ample and free street car parking and a nice park close by
Pros: The staff were really helpful ..especially Daniel who had only recently started work there . Though the hotel does not have its own specific parking that is NOT an issue as there is ample and free street parking. There is a regular and very cheap bus service to the cente of Santiago di Compostela from almost outside the hotel .
Cons: The breakfast was ok but was somewhat less than we had found elsewhere... It is more a continental type provision

Pros: The staff, especially Miguel, was extremely helpful, and he spoke fluent English, too, which was a bonus. They always had a smile on and were willing to help with any queries. I felt very much at ease here. OMG, the pillows were the most comfortable, too.... absolutely loved the comfort.
Cons: The air conditioning in my room didn't work, but thankfully, I could open a window, which really helped.

Pros: In the center but not too close to the touristy spots, so it was very quiet and walking distance to everything. The bed is comfy. The staff at the reception was very nice, it was perfect for this 48h trip to Porto!
