Comfortable stay

Pros: Good location, very nice and cozy rooms, breakfast was good and overall room was clean and beautifully designed.

Enjoyed the stay

Pros: Parking on site. Room very well appointed. Breakfast offered a full selection of choices. Staff were helpful.

Cons: Air conditioner could have worked better

Pros: The room was clean and with olf world charm. We chose a suite and the extra room came into fruition when friends of ours came to visit. Love the vista from reception upwards and better still from the breakfast room downwards. On that note, the breakfasts are amazing, bountiful and tasty. The bar area has a calm but interesting feel and we got to chat with other guest

Cons: I wish I could find something, but honestly I can't

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: A lovely hotel with a team of friendly and helpful colleagues. It was a huge help that language was not a barrier. The room and bathroom were first-rate, very comfortable, and well equipped. Just a 20-minute walk into the historic centre, just perfect for being far enough away from the hustle and bustle and close enough for convenience. The views from the 10th floor breakfast room were breathtaking.

Cons: It was a challenge to get good service of an evening, which influenced our decision to eat out on all three evenings of our stay. The gentleman working the bar / bistro area single handedly did a great job on trying circumstances.

Pros: Plenty of space very lovely helpful staff - thank you comfortable bed, hot shower was great very clean

Cons: Location to center a bit far - 25minute walk , expensive accommodation

A little out of the way if on foot but a clean and friendly hotel

Pros: The room was nice enough and it had all the facilities working well. It was also surprisingly quiet

Cons: This particular room has a window that does a corner in the bedroom and the curtains just don’t cover it properly. A lot of light comes in. Not great for trying to get a toddler to sleep. I think no other rooms in that floor have this, so that was a shame. The garage is a precision exercise to get in/out and to fit into many of the spots. It would have been nice if there had been non-dairy alternative to the milk/yoghurt at breakfast table.

Will stay there again.

Pros: Fabulous room, nice breakfast with lots of variety. Very helpful staff.

Good central hotel

Pros: Very modern & clean. Underground parking. Comfy beds. Easy walk to centre although uphill

Cons: Hot breakfast wasn’t great. Bacon too hard & scrambled eggs poor & not warm

Pros: Decoration of the main room. The reception was a little too simple, the chairs were not according to the majesty of the building. The lights in the room were dim.

Cons: The plants in the corridors. The bathroom was to a very good standard.
