Great location and comfortable room

Pros: Great location for an easy 20 minute walk into Santiago Old Town. Comfortable room. Breakfast at added cost but reasonable priced

Cons: No facilities in room to make hot drink. No facilities/ drink machine available to make hot drink from 10:30am until 4pm when bar opened. Safe available in room but had to pay for use.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Very nice hotel in Santiago de Compostela. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast with superbe choice which started already at 7 a.m. (not at 8 a.m. like at many other hotels). this is very helpful if you need to start work early. I would definitifely come back for my next stay.

Cons: Nothing to mention here. I really liked it. I was surprised that the window can be fully opened at 6th floor.

Pros: Location and conditions are excellent, very comfortable and clean

Cons: 15 m2 room size is a little bit small for two people, but for short term stay it’s Ok

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant, and the breakfast choices are good. The room was very clean.

Cons: There could be clothes racks in the room's entry area. I would like it more if the bathroom doors were solid and not glass ones like those from a shower.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff and very clean. Easy access to city. Lovely balcony and view.

Cons: Kettle and tea making facilities would have been nice. Not clear when bar was open.

Comfortable hotel with private parking

Pros: Good slightly out of town environment, easy walking distance to old town, cathedral etc. helpful reception. Great breakfast. Private parking.

Cons: Beds quite hard. Large bathroom-wet room - no way to mop up afterwards except to use towels. Pool closed first week of October despite nice weather. Could upgrade cleaning- drink rings on bedside tables, obvious spills and crumbs at breakfast table.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend

Pros: The staff are incredible - big shout out to Luis & Miguel who worked in the restaurant as well as Eric & Claudia on front desk! All so nice and so attentive . They made me feel so comfortable, safe and cared for!

Cons: The pool was freezing cold. Food not available until 8pm.

Pros: good size room, very clean and breakfast was very good. friendly helpful staff

Cons: disappointed not to have a kettle in the room to be able to have a hot drink in the room Is about a 20 minute walk from the old town - but an easy walk and in some ways nice to be away from the bustle
