Pros: Was in a great location. Host was pleasant and helpful. Nicely designed and clean studio apartment. Had a fully equipped kitchenette. Complimentary cake and a bottle of water. Salad dressing and coffee. Right next to thermal spa.

A gem of a place in the heart of the city.

Pros: Fabulous location in the heart of Ourense, well equipped, comfortable modern apartment which was great value too. When prompted we found out that we could use the fabulous laundry room and extra sheets for the sofa bed.

Cons: Confusion about bedding.

Pros: Terrific value for money. The apartment was easy to find, easy to access and the lift was a relief when I realised it was on the third floor - not always guaranteed in Spain! The apartment itself was fab, spacious and industrial with a huge bathroom and everything clean and ready for us. The location was also fantastic, we were in central Ourense in a minute and near all the best tapas and wine bars.

Very comfortable

Pros: Location perfect for Camino de Compostela, just a few minutes walk from cathedral. Perfectly appointed. Loved the industrial decor! Easy access.

Cons: Loved it all!

The apartment is very centrally located for access to the old town in Ourense and yet really quiet.

Pros: A very last minute decision. The property were super speedy in responding. Communication was great and the arrival instructions were really clear and easy to understand. We were particularly impressed by the laundry room with complimentary washing liquid and new/well serviced washing and drying machines.

Cons: a very minor thing... perhaps 4 coffee pods (2 per person) so that we could enjoy a coffee on arrival and in the morning.

It was excellent - I can highly recommend staying there.

Pros: I liked everything about the flat and its location. Communication was very good throughout my stay. The flat is modern and well furnished.

Pros: Great location. Very compact apartment with all essentials, very good shower, very good kitchen area, easy to use and to clean. I liked the polished concrete floor.and the shutters and balcony The apartment was warm enough with the heating, though not always easy to control. It was quiet and peaceful.

Cons: The apartment lacked any decoration such as artwork (apart from enlarged photo of old Ourense on wall inside shower which I liked) or craft pieces or any colours. It was mostly grey and white and muted blue and cream. So it felt a bit stark and cold. I would have liked some colours or shapes to give some relief and warmth. The breeze block walls would feel less crude if some of them had a colour or different texture and therefore more of an 'industrial chic' The bed was a bit small and there was no bedside lights.

Perfect!

Pros: Great modern clean comfortable apartment. Ideal for traveling as two washing machines available on the ground floor with 20 minute rapid cycles. Dryers also available but bad for the environment and washed clothes dried overnight in the room so no need to use. Recommended!

Great location, great price!

Pros: Excellent location, unfortunately the open air spa across the road was closed for repairs (but we did know this in advance). The apartment has a modern/ industrial feel but was very comfy and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was good and the cost of the apartment was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
