Nice place, good location, a good and central place to stay

Pros: Very clean, good location, everything there to make a meal. The host also left us stuff for breakfast. That was a nice gesture. Bathroom was nice and clean with nice plush towels - that was a treat.

Cons: They negotiated a favorable rate for 4 parking spots at a nearby parking. When we asked for one, they told us they didn’t have one for us, they’d given them to 4 guest before us. My recommendation is either you have a favorable rate for all your guests or for none. That would be more equitable.

Pros: Very Central good Parking secure 50m away easy access Apt well appointed would sleep 3 couples quiet but close to Old Town for Eating choices

Once you get in, its great.

Pros: Location was great, city centre to allow us to have a look round. lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Flat is very smart and well equipped.

Cons: Access to the flat is supposed to be by an app which has to be downloaded. Registration is via the app and that worked well, we had good wifi at a motorway service station. The signal in the street wasn't good enough for the app to work and open the door. I phoned the owner who came out quickly to show us in. He seemed grumpy with me because the app hadn't worked.

Pros: The location, the facilities, nice kitchen and the cleanliness.

Cons: The automatic lock. The disparity between the two rooms, one was really big and the other was small. The bathroom didn't have locks.

Pros: Excelente place to stay to enjoy Ourense. Nice details of the owners to leave breakfast. Perfect in all details.

Great Location

Pros: As others have said, a very good apartment, well located with parking. They use a door code app. ( name escapes me , but poor reviews ) which failed to work, but a workaround was eventually found.

Cons: Door code app.

OMG - What an amazing place!!!

Pros: I don't know where to start from... everything was so good I just want to shout out how amazing everything was. The owner or manager just perfect. Always there, always responsive, kind and happy. The check in happens via mobile app, super easy. The flat is new, big, modern, clean and there is a lot of light. The beds are so comfy, I slept so well. Big fridge, washing machine, everything that you can possibly need is there. You are in the center of the city, super close to supermarket, restaurants, bar, river and culture.

Cons: Nada

Como en casa.

Pros: Excelente ubicación , el parking concertado enfrente del portal. Un supermercado de una conocida cadena gallega al lado junto con otra conocida droguería permufería. El apartamento amplio y muy bien dotado de equipamiento, incluyendo lavadora. Un detalle el desayuno de bienvenida y la fuente de agua del portal. Ascensor nuevo.

Cons: Les pregunté por la disponibilidad de parking y tardaron horas en contestarme. El exprimidor está estropeado. Te acabas haciendo el zumo a modo manual. Cierto olor a tabaco (culpa de los huéspedes fumadores que son bastantes egoístas/maleducados con frecuencia). No sé si los desperfectos de la puerta del baño también es consecuencia de modales mejorables de algunos huéspedes. No vi el tendal. Camas algo blandas de más. Las vistas desde las ventanas (1B).

Tudo com muito detalhe pensado no hóspede

Pros: Alojamento espaçoso, camas confortáveis, até mesmo o sofá cama e gesto de oferta de pequenos alimentos foi uma agradável surpresa, tal como a varanda. A localização era perfeita. No piso da entrada do prédio disponibilizam uma máquina onde podemos encher a nossa própria garrafa de água. Tudo com muito detalhe pensado no bem estar do hóspede. Como fomos num mês bastante chuvoso, tínhamos disponível na entrada, guarda chuvas para uso durante a estadia. Parabéns

Cons: Nada a apontar

Perfecto para grupos grandes

Pros: Entrada autónoma. Comodidad de no depender de llaves. Todo un detalle el desayuno. Equipamiento total.
