Lovely Medieval Long Family weekend in Ponferrada, Astorga and León ( Castilla & León)

Pros: Historic town center with a lovely medieval atmosphere. Great sights to visit and contemplate, e.g. Temple Castle in Ponferrada, Gaudi Palace in Astorga. Nice apartment with a comfort and a great location.

Cons: Sometimes the street parking was difficult to find.

Pros: Great location. Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Massive bed! Very clean and beautiful decor.

Cons: Just be aware roof is very low in most parts due to being on top floor.

Great location with parking close by.

Pros: It was spotlessly clean. The hostess greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know. The location is excellent. Well appointed kitchen. Highly recommended.

Cons: The bed is huge but a little too firm for me, however, I slept like a baby.

Excellent value for money

Pros: The location was fantastic and the communication with the hosts was excellent. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. A short 5 minute stroll into the centre of town. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Will hopefully stay again.

Pros: The owner was amazing, went above our expectation. Let us check in early, showed us all the features of the apartment. The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean, great location. We even cooked a roast chicken and vegetable dinner on our \

Cons: If I had to be picky and choose something I didn't like, or could be improved upon was the couch wasn't the most comfortable. Kitchen knives not very sharp for cutting up vegetables...... but it was all still amazing.
