Pros: We loved the location of the apartment, and the bar downstairs was great. It is noisy but I took ear plugs and slept no problem.

Cons: The apartment could have been a bit cleaner.

Good value and position

Pros: Very clean, modern, good location, friendly staff, within walking distance to restaurants , bars and Cathedral. Room was ready early

Cons: Having to go to a different location 5 minutes away for check in, and the noise right outside the window throughout the night.

Lovely apartment with great facilities in central location

Pros: Central location, large accommodation and facilities.

Cons: The alarm box on the wall outside bathroom flashed all night! We didn’t get sent the key code to enter so had to ring at 1:30am for access

Great apartment

Pros: The apartment was perfect for a short trip to Santiago after the Camino portugese. The only problem I had was I wasn’t advised I needed to drop my bag off at a different property, also there was work being done on the downstairs apartment so it was not possible to have a lie in.

Pros: Very strategic location, helpful staffs, comfortable bed. Adequate heating system.

Cons: The lock is hard to turn, needs to be oiled. The window frames are dirty. No kitchen towel, no dish towel, no detergent (I bought some pods and leave the rest for the next tenant). The clothespins are rotten, 1 broke right away when I tried to use it. If you're advertising the kitchen and washing machine facilities to daily/ short term renters, I think it's courteous to provide these things in usable condition. No coffee capsule, but wouldn't matter anyway though because the coffee machine needed decalcifying so it didn't work. No water cooker which I think should be a standard for a modern kitchen. No tea, salt, sugar, pepper. I don't think I expected much from a kitchen, if kitchen/kitchenette is said to be one of the facilities. The Teflon pans are already scratched to a hazardous level, you need to change these!

Great Apartment

Pros: Excellent location 5 mins walk from the Cathedral, and about 20 mins walk from the bus station. Very clean, well equipped, contact person quick to respond and instructions very clear. It's perfect for visiting Santiago or as a base for exploring further.

Amazing stay - in the centre of all the buzz

Pros: The location was amazing, right in the centre of old town, spacious apartment with separated sleeping and lounge area, very clean.

Cons: There is very high humidity and musty smell in the apartment but I think it is a general issue with all the properties in this location as lots of pubs and restaurants also have this problem. If you go there to rest and have good night sleep then maybe another location will be better as this apartment is next door to three clubs that are open to early hours. We didn’t mind (it was actually a massive bonus) but guests may want to keep that in mind when booking.
