Pros: The apartment was just out of town, perfect walking distance into the city. It had everything we needed to cook full meals at home. The terrace was a lovely surprise and the beds were comfy! Using the app to check in and unlock the door was very snazzy.

Old guys on the camino

Pros: All the facilities needed after walking camino Ingles , complimentary wash tabs to wash clothes and a beer in the fridge. Coffee tea and milk as-well

Cons: Nothing really , Ana was on hand via wattsap to answer any questions. We aren’t to techie but managed to work the automated door system via our phones. A brilliant stay ten mins walk from Cathedral. Bars and restaurants via the urban lift right outside. And a nice terrace for afternoon sun.

Wonderful, handy place in Santiago

Pros: Location was great, just outside the historical town but very easy to access via a lift right in front of the building and 10 minutes (pleasant) walk to town/cathedral. Ana got in touch a few days prior to arrival to give instructions for check in, and remained in touch throughout making sure everything was ok. The check in is done through an app which can be a bit tricky for those less tech-savvy, we arrived late at night due to a delayed flight w/ kids and I was slightly nervous about it not working out, but it did in the end. Be sure your familiarise yourself with the app prior to arrival though. Facilities were great, comfy and spacious for 6 people. Hosts were also super kind leaving breakfast goodies, beer and snacks for us. There is a lift too. Thank you for a short but lovely stay in Santiago.

great apartment & location, really accommodating host!

Pros: great location near restaurants, supermarket, bars and the cathedral only ten mins walk. host was super helpful with us checking in and arranging taxis to the airport. great facilities for cooking and relaxing after the camiño!

Pros: Accommodation was very accessible & instructions very clearly explained. Our host made contact the day before our arrival, which was a lovely personable touch. The apartment was very clean & some nice essentials were left for us. We had a minor issue with the key & our host responded immediately addressing the issue instantly.

Pros: Really well appointed apartment, a 15 minute walk from the cathedral and other sites of the old town. Lovely host who was very communicative and helpful. Comfortable and clean. Very modern and quiet. Had everything we needed, including a lift!

Cons: You have to use an app to enter - in English the top option looks like a Spanish option and below looks like the English translation. The first option on the app is to open the main door at the street. The second option is to open the apartment door. You slide across and tap the open button. It was fine when we got used to it but more specific instructions would have been helpful initially.

Amazing apartment, highly recommended!

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean, well stocked with complimentary goodies in the fridge. The location was perfect, 10 minutes walking to the old town. The host was amazing, responding to questions, recommending restaurants and helping with booking taxis.

Cons: Nothing, it was really perfect!

Great place to stay in Santiago

Pros: A wonderfully renovated apartment ready for guests. Quick and nice contact with the host, she responded quickly to all our problems. The apartment met all our expectations, and the gift in the form of drinks and breakfast was surprising and very nice. In this apartment you will find everything you are looking for :) including comfortable beds, cleanliness, terrace. I recommend!
