Spain 🇪🇸

Pros: La ubicación perfecta. Estás cerca de todo. Es céntrico y puedes pasear y tomarte algo sin necesidad de coger el coche. Para aparcar el coche lo tienes super sencillo. Tienes unos cuantos parkings muy cerca y gratuitos. El apartamento muy coqueto y con todas las comodidades. Los dueños tienen muy buen gusto por la decoración.

Cons: Al ser una vivienda bastante antigua huele a humedades y a cañerías en cuanto entras en la parte inferior, zona escalera.. Pero ésto no impide que la estancia sea fenomenal. En la casa todo perfecto.
