Great room for solo travellers one night

Pros: Good sized clean room with a comfortable bed and close to bathrooms and kitchen. Easy to access with key code

Cons: Signage on the outside of the property could have been clearer. It also got quite warm at night and a fan would be good.

Pros: The proximity to the bus and train station. I traveled to different cities each day and the stations were 5 minutes away. The room was spacious. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The staff were efficient. I had a small issue with the code for the landing door Staff addressed th issue in minutes

Cons: I was happy with the place.

Pros: Everything good, my flight was delayed but was able to check in super late by myself with some codes they provided. Both room and bathroom was clean. Very close by is Cafeteria Abrente where I was able to have breakfast very very cheap and good before going to the bus station that is right next to it.

Cons: Hallway are narrow on entrance a bit scruffy and daunting.

Pros: Good value for money when you need to stay close to the train and bus station outside old town

Pros: The place reflects the description. The room was very comfortable and the host reception very nice and helpful

Cons: Being a central area streets are quite noisy

Pros: Located where I wanted it to be. Which is near the bus station.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that they asked you to fill in the accommodation paper with all your details. Passport number and address and name. Which is then thrown into the kitchen bin. Wow. Data protect violation. Confidentiality violation . I found some of the last 4 customers details in the bin. Why ask for this again when they have your details in the booking and even contact you via WhatsApp for your passport picture. For this reason I didn't fill in that form which is in the room. The aircon stand up tall machine did not work. It's cracked and broken showing wires. I stayed in room 101

Pros: Viviana went beyond expected. We arrived to Santiago de Compostela very late & she made sure we could get into the room with no problems, she is very friendly & professional Thank you so very much Elena

Pros: The check-in was uncomplicated, the lady who was giving the instructions was really nice. The train station is a 5 min walk away. The room and shared bathroom were both very clean.

Pros: La stanza ed il bagno erano puliti, il check in è stato facile e la posizione era comoda alla stazione dei bus.

Cons: La cucina non era così ben fornita e pulita.
