Pros: Reitoral de Chandrexa is such a relaxing place. It's in the middle of the Sin Canyon in Ribeira Sacra and close to Parada de Sil. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom with a hot, powerful shower. Xurxo is the perfect host. His organic food is cooked to perfection. We had breakfast (€8pp) and dinner (€18pp) on both days, which was just bliss. We did the most beautiful hike in this area and really enjoyed our time here. The 700 years old chestnut tree is a short walk from Reitoral de Chandrexa and worth seeing.

Pros: Beautiful renovated old building. The organic garden, chickens, pigs, dog and donkey. So peaceful atmosphere. The dinner is simple with self produce ingredients, so tasty. One of the best memories in Spain.

Fabulous stay

Pros: We had a fabulous two night stay whilst hiking in the area. Our room was north facing making it cooler which was great as the weather was hot and humid. The large bed was comfy, shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We had breakfast and dinner both days. Dinner was fabulous, highly recommended and great value.

Cons: A fan in the room would have been appreciated?

Pros: Lieu calme, à choisir pour les amoureux de la nature. Chambres très propres et bien aménagées. A proximité des gorges du Sil, lieu magnifique.

Cons: Nous aurions apprécié déguster de la charcuterie. Sinon c'est tout.

Awesome stay in harmony with nature.

Pros: Peaceful location, surrounded by nature. The house was restored with elegant details, keeping the character of the original building. Bedroom and washroom were awesome, decorated with good taste. Comfortable beds. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with local products. Staff was friendly.
