Pros: The house was really nice and the room was spacious and clean

Comfortable stay in a beautiful area

Pros: Had a lovely stay here. Guillermina the host was helpful and made us sandwiches for our hike on request. The house was immaculately clean, the room was spacious and we had a great two nights' sleep. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated. The area is so beautiful and the hike to the Lago del Valle is stunning.

Cons: The second bed in the room wasn't made up on arrival, and when I requested sheets for it they were just left on the bed rather than the bed being made. This might have been a miscommunication but felt a bit like we were asking a favour for the bed to be made.

A happy stay in a sublime location.

Pros: The situation was idyllic. Guillermina our host was so helpful and kind. Set high in Somiedo National Park it is a wonderful place to walk from. May not be for everyone. Excellent Asturias breakfast.

Guillamina was a fabulous host, so helpful and informative.

Pros: Warm and cosy, great breakfast. The tour of the Molinas was so interesting.

A peaceful stay in a rural community, surrounded by mountains and nature.

Pros: The host Guillermina speaks good English and was very lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she serves a delicious breakfast using local produce! We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was perfect - nestled amongst the mountains nest to hiking trails full of nature. We are already planning our return for more wildlife watching. Thank you, Guillermina, for a wonderful stay!

Pros: The host Guillermina was very kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fantastic location to start walks to the lakes. Breakfast was good, with fresh cake baked daily by Guillermina. Room clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay in the auberge and a beautiful walk to the lake.

Pros: The house is authentic in a pretty village. The host is really nice and accomodating. The breakfast was great.

Cons: we didn’t have a double bed so we both slept in separate single beds.

An outstanding guesthouse in a beautiful rural location

Pros: Clean, cosy and authentic. The host Guillermina is fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. The location in Valle de Lago is spectacular, perfect for hiking.

Gran anfitrión, hotel precioso, naturaleza increíble

Pros: Guillermina era un anfitrión increíble, ella era tan amable y servicial. El hotel es impresionante, muy cómodo y está increíblemente ubicado para practicar senderismo y la naturaleza en la zona. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar. Fuimos en invierno y fue muy cómodo.

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt hervorragend gelegen, um von hier aus ausgedehnte Touren zu unternehmen insb. zu den Seen aber auch in Richtung der Grenze zu Kastilien und Léon. Die Berge drum herum sind atemberaubend. Es ist alles sehr ländlich und außerhalb der Hauptsaison super entspannend. Leute, es ist sooooo schön hier! Die Gastgeberin ist toll und es ist alles so gut durchdacht. Da selbst in Pola de Somiedo nur ein winziges Lebensmittelgeschäft zu finden und der Weg dorthin gute 20 Minuten beträgt, gibt es in der Unterkunft einige Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Die Preise sind mehr als fair und man verhungert und verdurstet nicht. Zudem wird in den Ort täglich frisches Brot gebracht - man fragt am besten zu welcher Uhrzeit. Das Zimmer war für uns in Ordnung, das Bett bequem, Frühstück ausreichend um satt zu werden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
