It was my second stay at this hotel, and I enjoyed it and would come again to Lugo - come back!

Pros: The breakfast was one of the strongest positive impressions, as it was fresh, delicious and met my tastes perfectly well, up to every detail.I enjoyed the friendliness of staff and the attention they paid me, trying to go always one step above my expectations.

Cons: Honestly, it is very hard to say anything bad of my experience. Maybe, as a suggestion, I would expect to have slippers in my room, as the floor in winter was a bit cold and wearing shoes inside was uncomfortable. But this is a very miner detail.

Comfy stay to explore Lugo

Pros: We only stayed for one night to visit beautiful Lugo. The Mercure created a bit of a contrast to the medieval city, but offers spacious rooms with modern interior. We liked the open bathroom and the large bed. The breakfast was super nice and sumptuous. The staff very helpful and friendly. We may not have required the parking garage, but it was convenient and so we didn’t regret to have reserved it. Close to the old town, less than 10 minutes walking distance.

Cons: Really, everything was great.

Excellent staff, clean, comfortable and quiet room, very good food at the restaurant.

Pros: It was in a quiet residential neighborhood that is still close enough to walk to the old town. Parking is onsite, which is a bonus.

Pros: Superb hotel .. modern yet cozy .. clean and comfy everywhere , very friendly and helpful staff. On the edge of town , quiet area yet 10-15 min walk to the center. Definitely recommend and would come again .

Clean and welcoming, modern hotel

Pros: This was a great hotel! Modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to welcome and take care of us. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet and roomy. Everything was tip-top. Short walk into the center. Paid parking in the garage or free parking across the street.

Cons: Coffee in the room is not essential but is always a nice touch.
