Great value with great staff

Pros: Loads of space in apartment.Lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and let us leave our luggage to look round town after we checked out.Very convenient for rail station.

Nice standard hotel

Pros: Easy check in, you get a key card which means you don't have to wait to be let in. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and warm. Towels were proper fluffy.

Cons: Bit of a walk uphill to the town.

Good low budget place to stay for a night in Lugo

Pros: The location is great, close to the Roman walls. The room a bit small but ok. All clean and everything working.

Cons: Cost of the private parking was surprising as it was not obvious during the booking.

Pros: Very kind reception girl and nice place. Comfortable and very clean room, very calm. Excellent value for money. Pretty good location also, close to the Bus Station (and train also, though I guess very few people get to Lugo by train) and to the Roman Wall. I got the extra pillow I had mentioned during the reservation and I could leave my backpack there until I went for my bus in the evening, so Many Thanks!

Pros: The staff was very friendly, they recommended us places to visit and to have lunch/dinner, they were quite helpful

Pros: Thought the hotel room was excellent. Plenty of space, entire flat to myself. Staff were nice and polite.

Good accommodation in a perfect location

Pros: Great location with literally a 1 minute walk to the Roman Wall. I was given a lovely welcome by Carris on reception and my room was actually an apartment so I had a huge amount of room. Even though I overlooked the main road it was very quiet at night. WiFi was great, and though the rooms were a little jaded, they were extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area.
