Nice modern hotel

Pros: The hotel is modern within a business park of the town. The attacted restaurant is excellent for evening meals. The staff were very helpful and conversed in English which was great.

Nice room, comfortable bed, staff was incredibly nice!

Pros: Nice and clean. Staff was super professional and kind. Good value for money. I definitely recommend a stay here.

A clean modern hotel close to a major road junction, A car is required to travel to the distant city

Pros: Reception staff are nice and professional and speak good English. We received a map and advice on what to do in the city. Breakfast at a good price and choises. Very clean, modern and quiet. Elevator, very comfortable mattresses. Free private parking. Close to main roads. Great for a night stop

Cons: The hotel is located in a quiet industrial area but is about a 15-minute drive from the city center. Parking in the city is free, but it is very busy and it is very difficult to find parking close to the city center.

Pros: A great hotel! Everything was excellent, all was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was first class and very good value for money, all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful (special thanks to Aida and the hotel's director) and it was in a good location, on the edge of the industrial estate, but easy to get to the shopping centre and into the centre by bus.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind! But just a helpful suggestion that perhaps a shower curtain in the bathroom as the water does tend to splash on the floor.

Pros: There was enough option for breakfast, no scrambled egg or such but enough selection of colds for every need. The rooms are clean and spacious, the area is quiet in the weekends. The bed is comfortable, there are two types of pillows to choose from, softer or harder, so everybody can have it their way. The staff is really friendly, the speak english and they try to help in everything we need. Sure will be booking again if we visit Lugo.

Modern hotel with great room and good value.

Pros: Great value for the price. The room was a good standard and all modern. The staff were very helpful. I would stay again.

Cons: Nothing really. The only downside was my room was next to the gym. I could hear a grunting gym user at 7am.

Pros: Great building, close to brand new. Amazing service with staff willing to help to the best of their abilities. A bit far from the city’s historical center (keep this in mind if you are a Camino Pilgrim).

Cons: The heating was constantly on and the room was extremely hot. The air con wasn’t working.

Great hotel, terrible restaurant service.

Pros: Nice room with everything you could need. Easy to find and park.

Cons: The restaurant attached to the hotel could do with som trained staff for its dinner service. My meal never arrived as the server forgot to place my order twice. There is a restaurant at the back of the hotel block that has authentic food.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Gym. Big room. Big TV. Good price. AC. Parking.

Pros: Excellent service. Clean, comfortable, modern room. Great value for money.

Cons: Need a car or taxi to access historic, downtown Lugo.
