Lovely hotel in the old town

Pros: Centrally located with parking within a 3 minute walk. We received a warm welcome to this lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely hotel right in the centre. Beauty designed and comfortable with thoughtful details like a coffee machine. Wish more Spanish hotels had these.

Nice hotel poorly laid out bathroom

Pros: We liked the location even though it was a bit noisy at night time at the weekend. The staff were excellent, always happy to help and greeted us every day. The room was clean, it was nice to have fresh towels each day.

Cons: The main reason for a lower rating is because the shower was very weak and there was little privacy in the bathroom. The tube attached to the bath taps nearly caused a trip hazard. Also the hair dryer socket was too far from the mirror so it was a pain drying hair.

Great location in Lugo

Pros: Helpful staff who always immediately responded to our questions about parking that we had before our arrival. The hotel is in a perfect location to access all the plazas and tourist sites in the city. Excellent breakfast, with interesting choices. A great find.
