Pros: Very clean, excellent location, friendly staff, very good breakfast in a nice setting. Excellent value overall.

Pros: Absolutely lovely place. Amazing staff, so helpful and attentive. Good breakfast that included vegetarian options. All the amenities you'd expect from a four star hotel.

Great Location and staff

Pros: Very close to the main square in the old section of town but the room was quiet no street noise. Our room was very spacious with a lovely big terrace that overlooked the old town. Breakfast is good value on the terrace on the 6th floor. We had a big mix up with our luggage and the reception staff were so helpful trying to sort it out for us. This was really appreciated and they were so pleasant during our 2 days stay. Lugo is a great place to spend a day or two if you are walking the Camino.
