Fabulous hotel in fabulous Lugo

Pros: We loved everything about this property. Location, parking, staff, beautiful room, comfortable large bed and fabulous breakfast, what’s not to like! Quirky decoration in the foyer and breakfast room, very interesting. We wished we could have stayed longer in this lovely hotel and beautiful Lugo.

Pros: This is a very unusual, quaint hotel in a great location. The room was very nice and clean

Cons: We were kept awake by the people in the room above us as we could hear them walking around and we could even hear them opening the zip on their suitcase. There wasn’t a restaurant at the hotel but we were in walking distance to many. We arrived on motorbikes and parked both in one parking space as there wasn’t limited parking on site. We were then charged for 2 spaces which didn’t seem right

Unique historic hotel and very friendly hosts

Pros: It’s a great hotel, very quirky style in the reception area. The bedroom we had was huge and again the furnishings were individually styled. The bathroom was huge and very modern with a wonderful walk in shower. The proprietor was so lovely and friendly and helpful. We had a beer on the patio outside the hotel and it was lovely and relaxing. I would return and definitely recommend.

Cons: The mini bar was a bit pricey.

Unique and beautiful hotel in an idyllic, peaceful corner of the old city.

Pros: This is a beautiful hotel, combining tradition and history with quirky, original details. It is in a quiet and atmospheric spot, an ideal location to explore Lugo. The staff are very kind and helpful. We had a lovely spacious room and it was the perfect place to relax after 10 days walking the Camino Primitivo.

Cons: We loved it and can find no fault.

Beun Camino!

Pros: It was a very nice hotel. The staff were all very friendly and I wish I had been able to stay there longer. All in all, I'd definitely return for another visit one day!

Cons: I can't think of anything that I didn't like really. I found the shower a bit of a faff and prefer a standard shower. I also thought the mini bar drinks were very expensive.

Possibly the most charming hotel we have ever stayed in

Pros: Beautiful hotel just inside the Roman Walls of the old town. Great location with parking (for 20 Euro per day - make sure you book ahead). Old building with period features but modern facilities in the rooms ( eg aircon, bathroom)
