Pros: Excellent hotel, staff, facilities, cleanliness, room size, layout parking. We will use it again when we are traveling across Galicia.

Don’t let the hospital put you off - it’s a totally happy vibe in the hotel and only a 15 min bus ride away from the old

Pros: Excellent staff & very lovely food (better than we had in old town Lugo)! Large room;exceptionally clean and really young staff with a totally happy vibe.

A pleasant surprise out of town

Pros: A new, immaculately clean hotel. The Receptionist gave us a warm welcome and an efficient check in. Room was very spacious. Huge shower, plenty of storage space. Coffee machine and mini fridge were an added bonus. There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside. We ate in the dining room and had an enjoyable meal.

Exceptional

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere was very welcoming. The room had everything you need, except a kettle - and minor point!

Cons: Nothing.

A comfortable, clean spacious hotel but you need Google Translate if you don't speak Spanish!

Pros: This is a new, comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and had all the facilities you require. There was a language barrier, which is also my fault as I speak no Spanish. I am an English speaker, but I did ask if anyone spoke German or Italian as I could have communicated a little in these languages. No, however Google Translate is a wonderful piece of technology. As a seasoned traveller, I am not easily put off, so I persevered with what I wanted and also what I wished to eat. Staying four days meant I had cracked the system by the end of my stay. The staff were always pleasant and friendly. Thank you.

Cons: The lack of Spanish on my part was a disadvantage but see above.

I wish all stays were like this.

Pros: The hotel was very new and run very professionally with extreme pride, care and dedication. the rooms were generously sized, quiet and comfortable and much thought had been made to make ones stay easy and practical. The restaurant food can only be described as excellent and great value. 10/10. Private parking on site felt secure (what we needed). We were looking for accommodation that was quiet, out of town (but only just), and safe to park a vehicle. When we are next in this area this is where we will stay.

Great comfort at a great price!

Pros: Spacious and well equipped rooms are in a new and modern hotel. Great staff, huge and fluffy towels. Best value for money.

Pros: Nos alojamos varias veces por trabajo, el hotel es muy nuevo, las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, el personal agradable. Cerca del centro de Lugo en coche y enfrente del Hospital

Pros: Limpieza, atención y amabilidad de todo el personal, servicio de cafetería/restaurante, donde se puede consumir productos de calidad a precios razonables.

Pros: El trato del personal, la habitación y las instalaciones.

Cons: Nada en especial.
