Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and restaurant was great! It was really easy to organise a taxi to pick us up and drop us off on the Camino.

Pros: Special stop just off the Camino where they collect and leave you back on the Camino. Would have loved to spend longer. Stay here if you want to treat yourself.

Pros: Perfectly clean room, excellent food, laundry service and nice personnel.

Cons: Location is not easy to reach if you are on the Camino, you add 2 km. But they offer free taxi.

Beautiful well equipped place, - Pity I stayed only 1 night but will return for an extended stay.

Pros: Wonderful country estate type of place, supportive and helpful staff, excellent food (iam Swiss, hence very critical about the quality of food :-)), beautiful place to stay, slightly beyond the buzz of the town. Great place to relax.

Superb.

Pros: Absolutely loved this place. It was un expectantly lovely. Had a long walk and we were delighted when we had arrived. The staff in the dining room were excellent. The masseuse was also excellent. The food was totally delicious. We couldn’t complain about anything. We would certainly recommend. They gave us a lift into Arzua the following morning where we joined the Camino again. Top class place.

Pros: OMG...what didn't I like about Pazo Santa Maria. This hidden gem is absolutely OUTSTANDING in every way. I consider myself a pampered pilgrim and only stay at stunning places. Pazo Santa Maria just stole my heart. It's so peaceful, so sophisticated, so elegant. Old world charm at it's finest. Everything was beyond perfection! I would love to go back!!!

Cons: Absolutely nothing!!! This place is heaven!

Pros: We liked almost everything. Check-in perfect. The lady at the restaurant, fantastic. Food very good. Breakfast as well. Location, peaceful, with a beautiful view.

Cons: The check-out. On Booking, the time of check out is between 7am to 12... But the lady in charge of the breakfast asked us to go at 10am. Not a drama, we are on holiday, but it was like: you had 2 days here, now please go, we have to prepare for the new arrivals. Not a very nice way to treat guests.

Pros: Absolutely stunning location, felt like I was in the Garden of Eden. Like out of a dream. Recently restored from a state of historic ruin, the place is beautifully restored and you can feel the lush history and charm. Highly recommended as a must stay here!!

Cons: The room smelled strongly and of damp, maybe mold? But opened windows etc helped.
