10/10 stay on the Camino !

Pros: The owner Paco is a wonderful man and he's super attentive to the needs of the hosts. The rooms are beautiful and it feels like a 4 star retreat in the middle of nowhere. The view from the balcony is amazing. Best place I've ever stayed at on the Camino Trail.

Cons: The room we stayed at has bare stone walls and even at the start of September it gets pretty cold at night. Also, if the other hosts are active in the kitchen it's tough to catch some sleep but luckily you'll be having a drink with said hosts and be the one making the noise. Also, tall people should mind the ceiling lights, they're pretty low.

Such a generous host

Pros: The owner was fantastic, so generous with his time, gave us a lift to Cea and arranged for a lift back after lunch, plus he left bread and coffee in the kitchen.

A little oasis. Staff very welcoming and understanding. Very clean. But a little bit out of town.

Pros: A little oasis. Staff very welcoming and understanding. Very clean.

Cons: It was a little hard to find and a little out of the way and a out of the Camino. I wasn’t prepared for the heat that day, but none the less once I arrived I was happy

Beautiful Old We'll Renovated Building

Pros: The property is a beautiful old well renovated building in a quiet rural setting. The host is very helpful and friendly and the facilities are good for self catering. The host generously drove us to and from the nearest local restaurant which was much appreciated as we did not have transport.

Cons: Just a bit too far out of town which if you don't have transport makes you reliant on the host and taxis.

Recommended for Camino Sanabres

Pros: We had great views from our balcony overlooking the garden and village. Paco kindly drove us to a local bar - as we were on foot - where we enjoyed dinner. Supplies were provided for a simple breakfast. There was a washing machine available with detergent to purchase for a small amount.

Pros: Absolutely lovely setting for 2 nights on the Camino. Lovely room with balcony. Wonderful shower. Kitchen well stocked. Great service by owner ( Paco) who drove me into Cea each night for dinner, then pucked me up after to bring me back. Felt rejuvenated after 2 nights in the same place. They had a vending machine that you could purchase beer or soft drink.

Pros: Great location, a short walk off the Camino. Staff are very friendly and drove me to and from a nearby restaurant for dinner. Comfortable rooms.

Cons: The kitchen is quite cramped for several people to share at the same time, particularly at breakfast, and can be quite noisy.
