New J&J Hostel

Pros: Everything went great and the price-quality ratio was good. There is only one thing I want to mention, which is not a con of this apartment, but rather a word of warning to all visitors to Ourense: finding a place to park your car here is like winning the lottery.

Quiet and clean with a great location

Pros: - great communication - excellent WiFi - clean - great location (easy walk to Roman and Millennium bridges, cathedral etc)

Cons: - mirror in bedroom would be a good addition

I’d be happy to stay here again if I come back to Ourense.

Pros: There was no reception, so we didn’t meet any staff in person, but the contact person via WhatsApp was very responsive and helpful.

Cons: The main downside is that the rooms are very small. Also, it would be much more convenient to have a garbage bin inside the room, as the tiny one in the bathroom is only sufficient for sanitary items.

Pretty good

Pros: Simple check in, straightforward indications, clean room.

Cons: The floor was slightly dirty and the shower head was broken. Very minor inconveniences for the price paid and for a Camino Trail.

Pros: The location was fantastic! Close to the center and the tourist hotspots. The room was clean and cosy and perfect for a stay in the city. The host is very understanding and very helpful. We will repeat the experience.

Pros: Excellent location, easy check-in/check-out and very clean.

Cons: Room was HOT! We did arrive during a summer high temp but it was.a really hot night...

Comfortable stay

Pros: The location was great, short walk into the main town and supermarkets near by. The room was a good size and clean.

Cons: The walls were pretty thin, if you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend ear plugs.

A very good one night stay

Pros: The hostel is centrally located, walking distance from every attraction. We had no contact with the staff, except by whatsapp, very responsive. We were given entry codes as needed few hours before arrival. No problem at all. The room was small and clean, so it's perfect for one night stay, for longer stays ... well ... I'd prefer a more comfortable place. If you have big luggages you could be in slight trouble. There's ample (free) parking nearby. Price is pretty good.
