Very lovely accommodation

Pros: Alejandra, the host, was super lovely and welcoming. She gave me water & fruits upon arrival and recommendations for restaurants etc. and even checked the weather for me for the next day, reassuring me that there wouldn’t be any more rain (music to a Peregrino’s ears). Loved the attention to detail - a little flower on top of the towels (which btw smelt delicious!). There is also the option to get your laundry done by Alejandra for a small fee.

Good stay.

Pros: Location is good, near the old town with easy access to restaurants, a supermarket and to the trail for our onward hike the next day. Quite easy to find with Google Maps. We stayed in the quad room with 4 single beds and ensuite bathroom and toilet. It was clean and comfortable enough, though there was not much space to keep our luggages open. Host Alejandro was very friendly and helpful, getting in touch before our arrival and helping us to contact our luggage transfer agent when we found our luggages still not delivered. He then helped us to lug our luggages up to our rooms for us. He also recommended a good restaurant for us to check out when we head to Arzua the next day. They also served a delicious breakfast which we ordered on arrival.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
