Pros: The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. A friendly welcome for pilgrims!

Pros: Very good place to stay. We had good, safe place to park our bikes. Staff were very kind and helpful. We were allowed to check-in early.

Cons: I slept on smaller bed, and it was a bit lumpy

Great Camino stop

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming hosts, an inexpensive accommodation in a oldy wordy pub very close to the Camino route. The quality of my sleep was excellent with the fresh mountain air coming through the window.

Cons: A little neglected with the bathroom needing fixing a leak behind the sink and the fitting for the shower head to stay up not working.

Good stay

Pros: Very nice place with basic facilities. Short walk from the center of the village. Staff very nice. There was parking space just in front of the entrance. Good breakfast was included in the price.

Great Host, beautiful town, great place to stay.

Pros: Ivan is an exceptional host. We were in the Camino pilgrimage by bike and he offered a safe and accessible place to put the bikes overnight.

Cons: Restaurant was closed and we could not enjoy lunch or dinner. Breakfast on the other hand was really good and perfect for a new day's ride.

A good Camino stop

Pros: Ivan and the staff (family?) were so helpful. A genuine, warm welcome on a boiling day after walking many Camino miles. Ivan's advice re taking the hill route out of town next day was very useful. I made an informed decision, Ivan gave me his stick (there can be dogs en route who guard the stock and resent possible intrusion!) The journey is spectacular, well-signed and totally doable and significantly shorter! Ivan made me a super-fast breakfast at 0715. Muchas Gracias. M

Pleasant one night stay

Pros: Well situated on the Camino route. Friendly and helpful staff; safe space for my bicycle; restaurants nearby. Breakfast options. Comfortable room.

Price-friendly private rooms on the Camino del Norte

Pros: The friendly and service-minded host runs this hostel which his parents founded almost 50 years ago. Although nothing has changed ever since, the rooms are simple, neat, clean and everything is there. They were willing to let me check in early (pilgrim on Camino del Norte) because of the rain. I also liked the personal conversation on What’s App and tips for places to visit in the environment. And extra care; for example giving me a hair dryer and an umbrella when needed. I thought this was a great alternative for staying in an Albergue; having a private room for a very friendly price!
