Great place to stay. Highly recommend because of the staff, cleanliness and the way the Hostal works.

Pros: A very warm welcome, which stayed throughout. I arrived by chance with two other solo women and we were given a triple room to ourselves that even had an alcove with a sofa. Perfect for drinking wine! Great place to stay.

Pros: I had a great stay at this albergue. The staff was friendly, place was super clean (including the shared bathroom), and the location was great- near everything, but quiet and facing the river. The bed was super comfy, one of the best beds I slept on in 5 days of the Camino. I also liked that my bedroom had only 3 beds instead of 6 or 8. I highly recommend this place.

Cons: The bedroom is next to the bathroom and the walls are a bit thin, so it can get a bit noisy when people wake up. But honestly, I had the same issue in all places I've stayed at - including private accommodation). So I wouldn't let this stop you from staying there.

Pros: We like the location. We have had multiple stays here.

Pros: This is an excellent hostel! I wish they were all like this on the Camino! I was in a 4 bed dorm (2 single beds and a bunk), the room was clean and spacious and each bunk had bedside tables. The beds were made up on arrival with proper sheets (top and bottom) and a towel! There were also blankets if you needed them. There is a small courtyard for drying washing and a kitchen/lounge (although I didn't use it). The bathrooms (3 of them) were excellent, like a bathroom in a nice house (toilet, sink and shower all in one room and nicely decorated) The shower was hot and powerful and there was even shampoo/shower gel to use. The location is great, opposite a large green space with river views and a stroll away from the restaurants/shops. Easy to pick up the Camino in the morning. Cafe open early for breakfast/take away next door. Do keep checking Booking.com, it wasn't initially available when I looked, but I kept checking each day and it became available.

Cons: It was all great, I highly recommend. Just one suggestion would be individual lights by each bed, I had to use my phone to see when others were sleeping still as I didn't want to put on the main lights.

Pros: The host was very helpful and kind. Great kitchen. Very clean, and the bathrooms were dried often. Small touches to assist the ladies were appreciated. Cotton sheets and towels were welcomed.

Cons: Mattress is very springy.

Pros: The albergue is right on the Camino. The host was really helpful and kind. The dorms were very clean with crisp white sheets and a towel! The bathrooms were great as was the shower quality There’s a kitchen with tea and coffee making. Plus a comfortable sofa and kitchen.
