Pros: Able to freshen up on the Camino. Washer and dryer facilities. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff

Cosy, clean, central location

Pros: Very comfy and cosy room, clean and with a great shower. Really liked the little touches such as having a kettle for tea in the corridor. Amazing location.

Cons: Reception doesn't open until 5pm but we were lucky as we contacted the host via a Whatsapp call and - as we had already checked in online - he was able to give us the code we needed for our room so we could come in a bit early (after 4pm).

Overall it was a pleasure stay but I felt it’s overly rated not the best value for money.

Pros: The location is really good, only 5 min away walking from the Portomarin sign. There were supermarkets restaurants etc very convenient

Cons: The room was really small, while all the convenience of location, the downside is it’s really noisy and I need a good sleep after 24km walk. I’ve so far stayed at three hotels similar price range on the Camino and I would think this one is slightly overrated compared with other two places.

Great location, comfortable and clean.

Pros: Centrally located and clean. Has an elevator. Comfortable room facing back of the building. Helpful instructions from staff and restaurant recommendations for dinner.

Cons: Some noise from the other rooms but not too loud. No kettle.

Staff made an excellent impression.

Pros: Location was excellent, room was clean, and staff helpful. I hurt my leg on the Camino and was dealing with a migraine. Cleaning lady was extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond. She is an excellent ambassador for your hotel.

Cons: Nothing, would come here again

Pros: Very nice stay, just next to a few nice spots to eat and a shop to stock up on water and snackies. Check in was easy via code, even though we arrived late. The room was wonderful, very nice beds, a great bathroom and access to a little shared terrace to hang our clothes. A little tea and coffee spot in the hallway was free to use :)

Cons: The only thing I can think of is that we could not sleep with a window open, because the window was the door to the shared terrace.

Pros: The bedroom had a Mini kitchen fully equipped with Fridge microwave and all utensils. Supermarkets across the street. Lovely ensuite bathroom, recently renovated. Suitable for families and smaller groups. Lovely stop off on the camino

Pros: Location was idea. We were walking the Camino so perfect with a little balcony

Pros: Beautiful room in the centre of town, with washing and drying facilities

Cons: Small room - but I'm being really picky here

Pros: We liked where it was situated. We loved the cleanliness and thank you for the hair dryer! Very lovely place and friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.
