Good location for a short visit to the city

Pros: Great central location. Supermarket very close. Easy to get to and from bus/train station.

Cons: Entry process ‘fiddily’ - once inside and keys collected it was easy to get in and out. Room very basic - not like the photo. Bathroom showers poor - but lots of hot water.

Pros: Very close to the cathedral, to the train and bus station, near the cafe bar and restaurant. The area is quiet and the property is nice.

Cons: The room had just one power socket, the led light next to the bed had low batteries. The toilet before room 6 needs some tlc specially the shower 🚿

Pros: I liked the fact that the support person helped me to get into the bldg and room as I was confused about the registration system.

Cons: I didn't like the online registration system.

Perfect for a short stay

Pros: Convenient location. Perfect for one night. Clean.

Pros: Great accommodation – clean and comfortable! We really appreciated that there were plenty of bathrooms available, so we never had to wait for one. Everything was clean and cozy. Definitely a pleasant stay!

Pros: The Rooms were very clean and comfy bed, very close to the train station, check in was easy.

Cons: I think there was a nightclub nearby and could here music til 3am/4am. Aircon or a fan would've been nice. It go quite humid during the night.

clean, fresh , easy , in town

Pros: The apagón (total national loss of electricity day) has was in process that day - and I was met by a member of staff outside the property to circumvent the long winded and poor key process even on a good day ! clean fresh easy

Cons: key code process: too complicated and day before too late and double emails from booking and hotel and key information in emails unclear and surrounded by lots and lots of unnecessary words Door to stairs - middle door requires closer 1- to close it 2 to stop people slamming it late ant night and early morning

Good safe location and very nice room.

Pros: Good safe location between bus/train station and old town.

Cons: Getting access was a bit complicated as it required emails and text messages to get codes for lock box. The self checking system can be time consuming when using a mobile and while on holiday

Pros: It was a perfectly nice apartment just outside of the old town.

Cons: Was bombarded with messages telling us how to check in, both before and after we had done so. Needed to download an app. More messages telling us how to check out.

Adequate.

Pros: Great location between cathedral and train/bus station.

Cons: Incredibly small room. Access via codes to ones phone way too complicated...a nightmare. Expensive for what I got.
