Handy for a night in central Santiago

Pros: Near station, instructions for arriving very late worked well.

Cons: Some info on local cafes etc would have been useful

Pros: Location, beauty of hotel, rooms & roof garden

Cons: Some items at breakfast were not fresh. Such as croissants etc, could not eat them. Breakfast only starts at 8am, possible to arrange for 7.40am but tricky if you have an early start.

Pros: The view was great, and the location was perfect for our needs, with (paid) parking close by and near the train station. The cleaner was friendly and did a great job visiting the room each day. An email was sent at 14.35 after check-in time, and I didn't see it. This was a departure from previous bookings at other places. So we and another tourist were left knocking on the door and ringing to get entry. After 20 minutes, the phone was answered, and we were given a code to enter and the room number. This could have been avoided if after the booking was confirmed, I had an email explaining the check-in process would be explained on the day via email. The towels were clean, but tatty and threadbare. The spare blankets were dusty and we couldn't use them. However, it was value for money and secure.
