I would definitely stay here again,

Pros: Location. Safe, clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff were very helpful , friendly. We communicated translation apps and English/ Spanish. 24 hr access to property room key. My room was on the 3rd floor, after walking Camino, climbing 3 floors of stairs is easy 😀 Room heating was comfortable and good enough for my shoes to dry out. Shared bathroom was fine. Spacious clean bathroom.

Cons: Coffee machine was not working but that’s ok cos they told me this when I arrived.

A very clean, centrally located place to stay

Pros: Very centrally located. Cathedral is only 8 minutes. Clean room, comfortable bed. The receptionist is helpful, speaks Spanish. There is a coffee vending machine at the reception and microwave, water filter on the second floor.

Cons: Perhaps the fact that before 3 pm you cannot arrive to leave the luggage but I was not affected as I arrived late in the evening.

Pros: The room was big, warm and with all the comforts, slippers,toothbrush and toothpaste and earplugs offered. There was a fan for the hot days

Cons: It was dark, the room was at the first floor and the window opens on an enclosed small covered yard

Lovely hotel, perfect location

Pros: The room was lovely and clean. The bed was really comfy. There was tea an coffee facilities in a little kitchen in the second floor. Which also had a fridge and a microwave. No cutlery though. The place has 2 terraces where you could sit outside outside and enjoy the sun. Hotel was perfectly located. Just a 5 min walk to the old town and plenty of local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from. If coming direct from the airport the no. 6A bus stops just opposite.

Cons: Not a major problem for me but the bed was really small. I'm 5ft 1\

Comfortable and well resourced.

Pros: Room was well set out. Quiet overnight. Location is excellent - near to old town but quietly away from it at the same time. Nice little accessories such as bedroom slippers, toothbrush/ paste packages and a couple of bottles of water.

Cons: A harder mattress after 90k of walking would have been nice! But not a complaint issue.

Pros: The place was clean, very close to the main tourist area, had a lovely little private patio area and even provided little treats and chocolate. There was little to no noise during the night although I couldn't tell if that was because it was at the back of the hotel or because the windows effectively cut out the noise.

Cons: It was all fine to good.

Pros: Decent value en-suite room in good central location

Cons: Only window onto dark small internal courtyard. While bathroom was clean there was an unpleasant odour in it. Check in not available until 3pm at all.

Perfect stay in Santiago

Pros: Perfect accommodation in Santiago! My single room with shared bathroom completely met my needs, it was super clean and the bed super comfy. The guy at the lobby was very friendly and helpful!

Cons: Nothing! 100% great!

Pros: Thank you very much for the personal in that place.
