Good value for money
Pros: Very well located in the city centre, its an old building, I was a bit afraid because some of the reviews weren't positive, but I was happy, I had a large room with 2 single beds and ensuite shower toilet, and central heating, my room was always warm, it was old but cleaned. I arrived very late close to midnight but they were kind to wait for me.the host is polite and friendly. I will use again in the future.
Cons: Right next to this building there is a bar restaurant, people can be very loud and noisy, and you can hear the noise . It didn't bother me, but can happen to be very noisy because you are in an tourist area...same as if you were in an old flat in soho or Covent Garden.

Cons: Can be noisy from outside noises, but then, its central, so expected

Perfect location, friendly staff, great value.
Pros: Perfect location right in Casco Historico, close to the cathedral and pilgrims Museum. Fantastic price for two nights, friendly staff and modern facilities.
Cons: Only a minor issue was the room door was difficult to lock and unlock but this was minor.

Great deal
Pros: Room very clean and very comfy. Team very friendly.
Cons: they use harsh cleaner products like bleach, that can cause allergies for the cleaner and intoxication.

A cozy place ran by locals!
Pros: It has an amazing location! It is right in the center of the old town and has access to many restaurants, shops, and cafes. The staff was also very kind, and you could tell that it was a family endeavor and run by locals!
Cons: The room was pretty clean, but didn't have any flashy finishes (which was fine by me). There also wasn't a lot of security (most of the time, the front desk was not covered), but this never made me feel unsafe. It also may be hard to get back in if you forget your keys outside of check-in hours since the desk isn't manned 24 hours (luckily, I didn't have that problem!).

Nice location
Pros: Location and value. It was nice to have a private room after sleeping albergues along Camino
Cons: The bed cover had someone sweaty odor. I needed to take a shower as often as possible to avoid getting this smell on my skin and hair.

Simple, clean room, perfect for a little rest at the end of the Camino
Pros: I had a simple single room, perfect for resting at the end of the Camino. The host was nice, I was able to check in as soon as I arrived in Santiago. The location is perfect just a few minutes from the cathedral.
Cons: It's a bit inconvenient that the private bathroom of the room is in the hallway. But for a night or two it's not too much of a bother.
