Pros: The location is excellent, just some blocks from the catedral.

Cons: The shower is too small and the room on the rooftop is small also. I had some trouble trying to open the door.

Comfortable room in Central Location with Bar downstairs

Pros: The Location was stellar, 2 minutes walk to the cathedral, Restaurants, Museums etc. The Room was comfortable, shower pressure was nice, water was hot. Bed was comfortable and value for Money is Good. There was a Coffee/tea Station downstairs, but no Coffee capsules and no one around to ask for another despite it being during the Albeit short reception hours of the hotel.

Cons: Communication with the owner could have felt a little more friendly. After asking some relatively normal question about the delivery of my bag from Top Santiago I was responded to in caps. The room we stayed in was facing the Street and directly above the Bar. There does not seem to be any law or enforcement of quiet Hours for this bar, it was pretty noisy until late. After just having finished our Camiño however we were pretty tired and managed to Sleep without Problem. Under normal circumstances at least ear plugs would be a must in my opinion for some rooms.

Pros: The host was very helpful. The pension was clean and very close to the cathedral. Access was easy and we had everything we needed.

Cons: The nightlife just outside our unit was fairly loud and continued deep into the night.

Cons: The room on the attic: the ceiling was very low and the bathroom quite small.

Good location in Santiago.

Pros: Central location - reasonable value for money. Clean & no problem with clean towels daily. We were able to store our bags there before departure.

Cons: No air-con or fan, smallish room for two, shower was tiny. On busy night street so noisy with windows open for air.
