Fantastic service, extremely clean and very enjoyable

Pros: Wonderful place very close to the Santiago Cathedral. You can walk to everything

Cons: The stairs are steep, but that is part of the era of when the building was built!

Pros: A nice comfortable room right next to the cathedral. Convenient check-in times, and a friendly check-in experience. The shared bathroom was large & clean. I’ll stay again next time I’m in Santiago!

The best stay in Santiago

Pros: Everything was perfect. Maria had the snacks and coffee provided in the common area at all time for everyone. It was so kind of her and a nice touch. The bathroom has all the supplies in case we don't want to use our own. Maria is an excellent host.

Cons: Nothing.

Great place to stay in Santiago

Pros: Amazing location-right near the cathedral and restaurants. Place was spotless. Facilities to make tea and have a quick breakfast before leaving for the day. Easy check in and check out!

Cons: Everything was great! Would recommend this place and would stay here again if I was returning to Santiago in the future!

Pros: Great and friendly host ms Maria :) Great location - just next to the Chapel. Comfy beds.

Cons: A bit loud, as it was next to the main street – it got better after the bars closed, around 10:00 PM.

Amazing hostess, great value for money

Pros: Second time here, because the hostess - Maria Jesús - is SO passionate about making guests comfortable. She really makes us feel welcome every time. I think she rushes to the shared bathroom to clean it every chance she gets. There is tea, coffee, some small snacks in the common area - it is a great place. Besides, you are wall to wall with the Cathedral.

Cons: Las Praterias is a stone throw away and can get loud sometimes. The bar underneath the windows can (and will) get very loud especially on weekends. Like, with singing. So if you have difficulties falling asleep, it could be a concern.

Pros: The owner was very kind and accommodating. . Lots of nice added touches to make it more homely. Super clean. The location couldn't have been any better. Literally right next door to the cathedral and lots of shops and eateries. Comfy bed. Good value for money.

Cons: Two flights of stairs with a big heavy suitcase. Shared bathrooms. But that was ok.Never saw anyone else there although it was full. Hence the price.

Perfect!!

Pros: Loved this little place!!! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Maria who runs it is so lovely and welcoming. She keeps the place spotlessly clean! The little single room was just perfect and cozy with a window that opened onto the street below which runs along the side of the cathedral, could not be more perfectly situated. It was a comfy bed and I slept like a baby after the end of my journey. It has a shared bathroom but spotlessly clean :-)

Cons: Not a bad thing to say!!
