Pros: Everything. Jose and his sister do a great job, making you feel right at home from the moment you step into the property. Our room was ideal and everything was clean and tidy. The location is perfect. A quiet street yet right in the heart of the old part of the city.

Would highly recommend.

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable, clean, quaint & quiet hotel , located at the square beside the cathedral. Extremely helpful staff, so kind, couldn’t do enough for us. Plenty of cafe’s , restaurants and bars beside it.

Cons: Nothing, There isn’t an elevator , but the wonderful staff carried our cases to and from our room.

Amazing location; warm, responsive, sincere staff

Pros: We stayed here twice - once before our Camino ā Fisterra y Muxía and again after our hike. The location is super central, right around the corner from the main Cathedral entrance and fountain. We couldn’t have asked for a warmer and more delightful stay - Jose and team were generously and sincerely hospitable taking care of our luggage needs both during and between our stays and simply being such warm, attentive and sincere hosts. They were super responsive on text like within the minute most times. On our first day before checking in they responsively shifted us one floor down so it was easier for our two large luggages. When we’re back again (for the fourth time!) we will definitely stay here!

Cons: NA. All good as gold.

I loved the homeliness of this place and the friendliness of the hosts which contributed to making my visit to Santiago

Pros: Small but very comfortable with traditional furnishings. Hosts were amazing very caring , considerate and helpful. A perfect location in the centre of the old town very close to the Cathedral.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Right by the cathedral. While cleaning our room they found our handwashed clothes drying in our room. They took them, dried them and returned them folded. Unexpected service. They will also pass on our walking poles. Exceptional service.
