Great Pension

Pros: Easy online check in with code to access property...friendly welcome..very clean, comfortable room ... excellent location

Cons: 3rd floor room had low ceiling which occupant found a bit uncomfortable

Great stay for one night

Pros: Great location - restaurants, shopping, church, and park nearby. Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff. Easy access to building.

Cons: Noise in corridor from people moving about but not a big issue.

Great location in the centre of town and has a view of the cathedral spire. The room is very spacious and modern. I high

Pros: Jose welcomed us on check-in. We just finished the Camino and had our large packs on our back so he carried our other two bags, that we had transferred from Porto, upstairs to our room (there is no lift here). Previous correspondence regarding our bags being received by the Pension were answered promptly which was a relief and very much appreciated. Jose also organised a taxi for us to the train station as we had a lot of luggage. The bathroom is large and the shower cubicle is big and has two different shower heads.

Cons: It didn’t bother us but as it is above a restaurant and right in the heart of everything, it can get noisy during the day. We found it quiet in the evening after around 10:30pm as the restaurant was closed by then (we were there on a Wednesday night).
