Pros: The genuinely warm welcome from Sylvia and Andrea was so lovely. Our room was small but comfortable with nice touches. The evening menu was delicious. Breakfast was set out buffet style and had everything we needed to set us on our way. Thank you Sylvia and Andrea for a delightful stay.

Pros: It was comfortable, clean and tidy. The ladies that run the Pension were really nice and supportive when we needed it.

Pros: Pleasant and quiet location, nice room with ensuite, and an exceptionally helpful staff.

Cons: It is not on the Camino Primitivo, just 1.5 km south of Piedratecha.

Wonderful!

Pros: Clean, comfortable, located in the middle of a beautiful nature. Off the Camino trail but you can join it via an easy route (ask the hosts for more info) in 40 minutes.

Exceptional vegetarian food

Pros: The staff were so welcoming, and the terrace area for sitting was peaceful and pretty. The vegetarian meal they cooked for us was absolutely beautiful. We were walking the camino and opted to get a short taxi ride from Tineo (the taxi driver came immediately when we called). We walked the 2.5km up a rural road/farm track the next day to join the camino. For such a beautiful setting and good food, the detour was well worth it to us.

convenient and comfortable stopover on the camino primitivo

Pros: lovely comfortable hotel a few kms off the camino primitivo. we really enjoyed staying here, and took a short taxi ride to get back onto the camino next day.

Pros: Syvia and her companion (I never got her name)were fantastic from start to finish.They would be a credit to any establishment. Food and drink were excellent, Peaceful location on some great roads for motorbikes.

Good place to break the monotony of albergues and tired hotels on the Camino.

Pros: Excellent restaurant at the property. Friendly bar staff who made us feel at home. Room was clean if a little small. Deserves to be busier than what it was when we stayed.
