Pros: A beautifully restored and furnished house in an idyllic tranquil rural spot just a short walk from the village of Parada do Sil. Despite what it previously may have said on booking.com there is excellent wifi, and parking is just 25 metres from the house. Many thanks to owner Rita who, with husband Emilio, runs the excellent bar/restaurant in the village. The surrounding area is full of forest walks, and centred on the awe-inspiring Cañon de Sil.8

Pros: Very close to nice walking routes, the house is comfortable and complete with nice view of surrounding nature

Pros: The apartment is ideally located in the middle of the village. The nearest viewpoint over the Canyon is within easy walking distance. The small garden is very pleasant.

Cons: It's not the apartment itself, but the village minimarket is very small with a very limited selection (no rice when we were there). The nearest supermarket is about 30 minutes away by car.

Pros: Las vistas desde la habitación, la cocina bien equipada y lo pendiente que estuvo Rita todo el fin de semana.

Pros: La atención de los anfitriones es especialmente cercana. La casa está muy bien cuidada y por la mañana pudimos ver gamos desde la ventana de la habitación. Posee chimenea y aire acondicionado caliente para aclimatar la estancia. Tambien hay menajes de cocina.

Cons: El dia que entramos hacia algo de frío en la casa pero se solucionó ese mismo dia encendido la estufa.

Pros: El alojamiento está muy bien, está reformado, muy bonito y cómodo. Si volvemos, repetiremos sin dudarlo. La dueña fue muy simpática dándonos las indicaciones para poder estacionar.
