Luxury retreat for a peaceful break

Pros: This location is beautifully located for either a city break being only minutes (drive) from Santiago de Compostela or to stay in a quiet secluded retreat for privacy & relaxation. We travelled as a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 toddlers & newborn). There is a stair gate for safety and a travel cot if needed. A wonderfully warm welcome, our hosts made us feel very comfortable and were very quick with communication. Maria, stocked the fridge & made us a homemade tart for when we arrived and she was really friendly. The property has lots of character and a real luxury feel about it. I can only imagine the swimming pool being absolutely glorious during the summer months with the stunning views. We loved the jacuzzi and doing the odd quick stint/bomb in the swimming pool. Thank you so much. We would love to return in the future and will cherish our family memories here!

Pros: A beautiful property, with amazing views and fabulous pool and jacuzzi. The host could not have been kinder and more helpful. We had the most special time here and loved everything about it.

We loved it and didn't want to go home

Pros: The host met us on arrival, showed us around the property and provided contact number for any other questions or needs. She kept in touch with us before we arrived and it was so good that she aimed for our comfort and satisfaction.

Cons: The pool was very cold, so we couldn't use it It would have been good if it was heated. However the jacuzzi made up for it.

Beautiful house and the best views from the swimming pool

Pros: Everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean house. Nice pool and hot tub with amazing views (especially for sunset). Really great and kind host (she baked a cake for our arrival and had some food and drinks in the fridge). The house is in walking distance to the city centre (about 40min). It's even better than on the pictures.

Pros: Todo, el recibimiento ( llegamos a las 1:00 de la mañana), la casa, los jardines!

Pros: En realidad todo. Está cuidado hasta el último detalle, cuando crees que no te puedes sorprender más, todavía encuentras algo que te deja impactado. Sobre todo en la planta baja, cocina-salón.

Pros: Wow! Dieses Haus, die Besitzerin und einfach die Umgebung! Ich bin wirklich viel reisen und habe dementsprechend viel gesehen aber dieses Haus ist einfach eine 10/10! Wir mussten fast nichts einkaufen, da vieles schon da war, es sieht alles super schön aus und wir haben sogar etwas kleines gebacken bekommen. Den Müll mussten wir am Abreise Tag auch nicht entsorgen! Die Hausbesitzerin war immer zu erreichen und allzeit bereit. Wir hatten sogar frisches Gemüse von ihrem Garten nehmen dürfen.

Cons: Das einzige persönliche Problem waren die Toilette oben bei den Zimmern. Sie haben keine Decke und sind somit offen. Aber für bestimmte Situationen konnte man ja die Toilette im Erdgeschoss nutzen. 😄

Pros: Nach unserer Wanderung auf dem Camino waren die 4 Tage in dem Haus zu 100% die richtige Unterkunft

Nach 300 km Jakobsweg war dieser Aufenthalt die Krönung. Danke Maria

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank war mit Grundnahrungsmittel und Getränke gefüllt. Ein Früchtekorb mit diversen Früchten und einen frisch gebackenen Kuchen erwartete uns bei unserer Ankunft. Maria, die Gastgeberin, und ihr Sohn waren sehr hilfsbereit. Maria hatte uns immer einen Taxi organisiert und für uns übersetzt. Einmal hatte sie uns sogar abgeholt, weil kein Taxi zur Verfügung stand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
