Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Secure garage for motorcycles. Very large comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful. A gentle 15- 20 min walk to all the restaurants/ town.

Cons: It was good.

Clean, tidy, central location property with great secure parking at a Fantastic price

Pros: Comfortable, excellent secure parking and within walking distance of some good bars

Cons: For the price it was excellent, however a touch tired…… Only mentioning this because I was asked otherwise I’d have zero complaints 👍

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel and location

Pros: We picked this hotel for ease of driving / parking as we were only using ponferrada as a one night stop over. Hotel met our needs with a large clean room , secure parking and a very good breakfast. It is a 30 minute walk to the castle which is a must visit and it should also be noted that the residential area just 5 minutes walk away has a great choice of local / good restaurants and bars. - we had a really good menu de dia as a late lunch and also spent a pleasant couple of hours same evening halving wine / tapas

Cons: We were very pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the hotel and its slightly out of town location. Unfortunately as the hotel was not busy there was just a lack of atmosphere

Pros: Very clean new hotel rooms nice. Easy but good 20 minute walk into the old town by the castle. Underground parking for our bikes

Great value for money, and with bonus free secure parking

Pros: Couldn't fault this place. Booked on the day, at last minute. Greeted by a friendly receptionist and all of my questions about where to eat etc were answered effectively. The hotel location is a little out of town, but only about 5 minutes drive. The bonus is private, secure and free underground parking. Breakfast was also great - a really well presented and complete buffet.

Exactly as expected and needed

Pros: Big modern soulless hotel, but served the purpose, Very secure parking, only 20 minutes walk from the castle, old town area. Quiet location, easy to find.

Cons: Lack of character, but wasn't needed on our trip.
