Great place to stay in Ponferrada

Pros: We had a great room. Right in the centre. Lovely staff

Cons: Difficult to find with the car. Sat nav took us to parking station and we didn’t twig that this was where we had to park. Breakfast was OK.

Pros: Superb location ... right in the Plaza mayor. Largish size rooms and beds were comfortable.

Nice location, big room

Pros: The location is great, the staff was really nice and helpful. We liked the room and the view from the balcony, the bed was very comfy. The cot for our kid was there and ready! (it happens to us before, that it was not in the room yet when we arrived).

Cons: The breakfast could be a bit more various (i.e. more cooked egg options + vegetables). The view to the square is really nice, but the A/C boxes in front of the balcony ruin it a little bit.

Great location - safe and secure parking

Pros: Superb location within the historic centre with everything close by. Safe, attended and secure underground parking for my motorbike very close to hotel entrance. I would definitely return!

Pros: Super helpful staff and convenient parking for all our bikes underground. Very efficient and friendly and excellent service. Super location. Very comfortable and nice breakfast.

A wonderful place to relax and recharge in Ponferrada.

Pros: A fabulous place to spend the evening in Ponferrada while walking the Camino Francés. I relaxed in a bath which was heaven for my sore leg muscles. The location couldn’t be better.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Good stay with parking available at a charge.

Pros: The location perfect. in a quieter plaza, but only a stroll to the bustling plaza.and castle . Large room and bathroom and very comfortable . Didn’t eat there, so can’t comment. Underground secure parking 2 minutes away, great for motorcycles.

Cons: Receptionist , efficient but not as warm as she could have been and had no idea what big event was about to take place in the town. Sent us to tourist info to find out.
