A good night’s stay.

Pros: Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and a great shower. A good breakfast.

Cons: It was a bit cold and there was no extra heating as far as I could tell.

Pros: We were walking the Camino and wanted a private room for the night. We arrived by bus so it was very close to the bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet so we had a great night's sleep. There is also a laundrette and supermarket within a few minutes walk.

It was nice because it was near the Pandera Thai restaurant where we got as nice meal

Pros: Good functional, I had twisted my foot on the Camino de Santiago and the receptionist offered to find me a doctor which was nice

Cons: The price, it’s confusing there’s 2 Hotel Aroi in Ponferrada! So I told the taxi driver to bring me to Alcala Cafeteria!

Good value for a 4 star hotel, but a little walk to the old town.

Pros: Close to the business/shoppong streets, little walk to the casco antigua (but not unreasonable). Well maintained property and good breakfast.

Warm, friendly and comfortable.

Pros: Our welcome when we arrived was so warm and friendly especially as we had just walked 27kms on the Camino and were not looking our best! The hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is excellent with great mattress pillows and shower and a mini fridge. It is close to restaurants and the Templar fortress.

Great for one night

Pros: For one night - perfect economy-class hotel. Comfortable bed, clean shower, decent breakfast. The solo room is extremely small, so for a longer stay, I would recommend bigger rooms. Good location, and friendly staff. Convenient for pilgrims who don't like albergues or just want to have a good night's sleep.
