Fair

Pros: Really good accommodation. The staff was really nice to us and helped us in every request during our stay. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. There was a great variety of breakfast options in the buffet.

Cons: There was no restaurant service during our stay.

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely efficient and very helpful and the room ins were very clean

Probably one of the best accommodations available in Ponferrada.

Pros: Everything was fine, slept well, decent beds & linens, good bathroom. Breakfast was also good. It was a stroll of about 15 minutes to the old part of town which was fine, and there's a charming park across the street.

Cons: The rooms give out to main roads and the window is not double glazed so the room was noisier than it needed to be. Glazing would help a lot!

Pros: Spacious, comfortable rooms, motorbikes parked under the hotel. Staff, especially Susanna were so helpful! Excellent communication before our stay.

Cons: Garage entry isn't for the faint hearted, but we got 13 motorcycles in there so all good. There was a medieval fete in town, so very hard to find food served before 10pm (not the hotels fault), and no restaurant in the hotel.

Excellent choice again for an overnight stay

Pros: Having stayed numerous times before I was aware of the hotel and didn't hesitate to stay once more. It's only a short walk to the main square and old town and close to the motorways.

Cons: The underground parking is a little challenging to get in an out on a motorcycle! It's only a short 15min walk into the city, but if you have mobility problems it might be an issue...

Very good value for a short visit to Ponferrada

Pros: We received an upgrade to a suite and the extra space was much appreciated. The room and bathroom were immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location meant that we had a 15 minute walk into the main town for good dining options as it was quite limited in the immediate area.

Pros: The staff are so helpful, that we will ride the Camino, the staff help to put our bikes in the conference room for three days. They are so nice and most friendly staff I ever met in our Spain trip. gracias!
