Ideal one night stop for us on our motorbike tour. Fantastic scenery. Friendly village.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Secure parking in a private garage for our motorbike. Delicious meal very reasonably priced.

Cons: Nothing. It was fairly basic but very reasonably priced.

Pleasant stay in a lovely village

Pros: The room was very good with a lovely headboard and very clean. The proprietor was very friendly and efficient. The village was surprisingly attractive

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress protector which was plastic and made the bed hot and sweaty and as a result I didn’t sleep well. My partner didn’t notice so not a problem for everyone.

Pros: Lovely accommodation with very friendly and helpful owner who was located in the cafe/bar below the accommodation. Perfectly clean room with ensuite and then there was communal kitchen, including washing machine, and living room.

Pros: As we are walking the Camino, it was right on the way. Good location. The restaurant also was good value for supper and breakfasts.

Pros: Size of room, wonderful sitting area & kitchen, avcess to a washing machine. Restaurant attached and very good menu del dia. Small tienda in town.

Cons: For such a tiny village it was very good accommodation.

one of the best Hostals on the Camino

Pros: The house/appartment is fantastic, 3 great rooms, kitchen, living room, washing machine and a bar/restaurant in the same house. The owner really take care of their guest, even provide a discount in the - excellent - restaurant. They serve regular menus as well as pilgrim menus. And very important: at ANY time, not at 20:00 as usual. They open early enough to provide a good and cheap breakfast. It is a pity for them is that the are not visible at google maps - from my point of view it is maybe the best house in Lubian.

Cons: nothing. Everything was just perfect.

Nice place to stay in Lubian on the Camino

Pros: This apartment hotel is quite nice and a perfect stay for travelers on the Camino. Our two rooms were in a large apartment on the second floor of the building, but each room with its own private shower. The hostess is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower a nice respite. The common area includes a large living room and a kitchen. On the first floor is a café/bar with outdoor seating and basic Spanish food.

Cons: This location provides a nice, clean, basic room with shower. However, there are no special services or extra flair. Just good basic service. Important: if you are on the Camino, note that the hotel is not located on the Camino directly. Don’t follow the road out of town, otherwise you will be moving away from the Camino. Go down hill from the hotel in order to find the actual Camino. 

Pros: Possibility of using kitchen & wasching machine, little balcony

Cons: There is no place to dry loundry

Pros: I was actually in casa Marianne... same owner. It had a nice kitchen and livingroom.

Cons: It took about an hour to check in.. a bit disorganized. Also, I was not in the place from the booking pictures. There were initially problems with hot water, but the owner took quick actions and everything worked out fine.

Excellent Place to stay on Camino VDLP

Pros: Great location, easy to check in at Bar Estrella, very lovely helpful hosts/staff . clean comfortable and warm room, nice en-suite and as an added bonus a kitchen with washing machine! Really great place to stay overnight on the Camino Via De La plata ! thank you for the lovely hospitality.
