Exceptional Value

Pros: Absolutely exceptional. The cleanliness is unmatched as is the price/value ratio. The room was snug with only three beds (though I had it to myself). They also have a novel linen system in that they're vacuum sealed single use sheets/pillow cases. There were many powerful showers with hot water and lots of toilets and sinks. The WiFi was fine and the staff were truly nice. There is also a mini kitchen. A perfect stay. Public buses to/from Santiago de Compostela are €3.70 and those buses have card machines.

Peaceful

Pros: This is a place where you find peace if that's what you look for.

Pros: Perfect! I cannot rate this place well enough. Got a surprise private room for 2 for me and my sister. Rooms were well appointed and spotless and the bathrooms were super clean and everything worked perfectly. A calm and quiet outdoor space for chilling was available and there was also lots of room and very good facilities for doing laundry. The lady and girl who run the place were what made the place amazing- really friendly and we were lucky to be able to get into our room early (though that must depend on how busy the hostel is, we really appreciated it). They gave us recommendations for local restaurants which were brilliant, but also were so kind and friendly that we felt super welcome and I would happily stay there again. Those guys were the best! Very cool building also, because it used to be a convent. Location was perfect. Very close to town amenities and also the start of the camino if you are doing it. ✨✨

Pros: Great facilities - warm showers, electric hob with pots and pans, microwave and helpful staff, incredible value for money.

Cons: No spoons

Good value for a short stay in the heart of town

Pros: I was given an individual room, as there were few guests. A basic hostel, good value for money, in the heart of town. I didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge, much appreciated. There's also wifi. The staff (Luis) is cheerful and shows you around. I like that guests get a key for the room and for the main door, so coming and going is easy.

Cons: I only had lukewarm water for my shower, but this could be due to the time of day (early evening).

Good value for money

Pros: I stayed here during my Caminowalk. The hostel was easy to find thanks to the large signs. A little bit strange location in a backyard but overall a nice place. I was upgraded to a single bed room without any extra cost. Nice kitchen. Not very clean but at least it had some pots, plates and cutlery. To my big surprice there was wifi all over the place.

Cons: Very thin walls between the rooms. so even though I had a single room I could still hear the neighbor. But still great value for money for a hostel/albergue

Perfect cheap good place to stay

Pros: On the Camino :) Seperayed rooms :) Hygienic! Restaurants nearby for a menu del dia…

Cons: Less pilgrims…I don’t understand why…perfect place for one night!

Pros: The garden is beautifull, the lillies especially make it a very unique place. I extended my stay just for them, no alot of other reasons. You will understand when you visit.

Pros: The host José is exceptionally friendly and kind! Always available to help!

Pros: The most friendly hospitalero on our entire camino.
