Amazing experience, we will come back.

Pros: The service was absolutely gorgeous. The ladie who received us the first night was very attentive and friendly, she recommended us few places around the city for us to visit. Then, Manuel, in the morning said hello to us with a lovely coffee; he was absolutely friendly, chatty, he gave us some recommendations to go around the city but we had another plans. He encouraged us to come back with more time to enjoy the city and we will probably do. I do recommend this hotel 100000%.

Cons: They said in Google they have A/C in every room and parking available, none of those is true. Anyway, not a big issue for us.

Pros: It was very central to the main square. The young lady receptionist was polite and cheerful. We had to communicate using translate and that worked well.

Perfecto para una escapada tranquila

Pros: La cena del restaurante fue mucho más de lo esperado. Muy rico el menú de 18 euros. El camarero fue muy amable.

Cons: Al llegar, la calefacción no estaba encendida. Tardamos un tiempo en caldear la habitación.

Parada perfecta para un viaje

Pros: Buen hotel para hacer una parada en un viaje por la zona de Orense. La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada. Se agradecen mucho los detalles del baño de aseo personal y la limpieza.

Pros: Me gusto especialmente como cuidan cada detalle, la habitacion estaba muy limpia y era acogedora, las almohadas y el colchón de una calidad excelente. Los productos del baño una maravilla, todo orientado a una experiencia inolvidable. Si volvemos, volveremos allí sin dudarlo!
