Nice and quiet vacations

Great hotel, close to centre, bars & Restaurants 5 minute walk. Secure parking

Pros: Room is large, with balcony, clean, good size bathroom and free breakfast, which was very nice. highly recommended, plus secure parking for cars and motorcycles for 10 euro. 5 minute stroll to main town and bars/ restaurants.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: Lovely clean hotel in the countryside. Friendly helpful staff. The restaurant in the hotel served dinner till 10 which seems the exception for Galicia.

Pros: Needed a place for a night stopover and found this gem on booking.com Grand hotel lobby with matching room.

Cons: Slightly off the main highway but made up with a pleasant stay.

Pros: The room was clean and very quiet, the staff were very nice, the breakfast room was bright and spacious and there was a wide range of food to choose from. There were plenty of parking spaces.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard and I would have preferred a modern shower instead of a bath with shower attachment.

Functional and efficient.

Pros: All up to expectations and mainly favourable. Breakfast was good and full of choice.

Cons: The bar and cafeteria were functional, but these areas lacked any ambiance. The comfort, the decor and the food were lacking and all had the appeal of Noia bus station. More thought needs to be given to the needs of guests seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment at the end of the day. A beer or a glass of wine before supper should be taken in a relaxing and pleasing area, not in an area that has no charm or character. A waste of its potential, it needs a re-design. However the staff were very willing, helpful and, despite the surroundings, very cheerful.

Nice place if you don’t want to stay in the busy center of Ourense.

Pros: The room was spacious, and the breakfast was fine. The staff was nice and efficient. The Wifi didn’t work but the lady at the reception helped to solve the problem. The garden in front of the hotel looked beautiful and the parking spot was shaded. But in high season there aren’t enough places in the shade, I guess.

Cons: It ‘s pretty far from Ourense, but that’s what you choose for.

Pros: Instalações confortáveis e muito limpas. A cama é ampla e bastante confortável, o pequeno-almoço é variado e de boa qualidade. A localização é excelente, sobretudo para quem viaja de carro, com acesso rápido ao centro e às termas. Destaco também o profissionalismo da direção na forma como lidou com um imprevisto durante a estadia, resolvendo a situação de forma rápida e justa.

Cons: Os quartos estavam um pouco demasiado aquecidos, mesmo com o ar condicionado desligado. Para quem é mais sensível ao calor, pode ser útil abrir a janela para maior conforto.
