Excellent location with great breakfast

Pros: Reception staff excellent, very quiet rrom, good central location , very good breakfast including vegan items. We had planned a return visit after our holiday and the hotel looked after our suitcases for 10m days which was very helpful.

Cons: the spa is expensive and the breakfast room is cramped

Great hotel to visit the town be aware the spa is an additional cost

Pros: This is a fantastic hotel. We had a really comfortable and quiet stay and so close to the old town

Cons: It was a surprise that we would have to pay an additional €13 to use the spa. We didn’t see this when we booked 😦

An enjoyable stay for one or two nights.

Pros: Location, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Kettle in room. Quiet. Proximity to a lovely restaurant & bar El Cotto.

Cons: No milk to make use of the kettle & tea bags! Room was a very small.

Great place. Fab spa!

Pros: Lovely place. Clean, comfortable bed. Nice size room and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa was a lovely welcome. Great facilities. For the brits - you need a swimming cap!! The city itself a surprising stunning. Just a 5-10 min walk to the beautiful old part. So much to see, do, eat and drink. Perfect one night stop on a long road trip.

Cons: Nothing Except the electric front door nearly squashed me in two! No sensors if you’re stuck!! Very dangerous.

Pros: The room/bathroom was perfectly clean and they had a great attention to the details. The location of the hotel couldn't be better.

Cons: The breakfast could be better (e.g. more fruits and more fresh cakes, the ones available were from the supermarket)

Wonderfully relaxed stay.

Pros: Lovely hotel right in the centre of Ourense. Nice spacious room with balcony. The staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was wonderfully comprehensive. The spa a great option to relax after a long days walk on the Camino.

Pros: I loved the room decor which was tastefully done. The walk in shower was lovely. The bed is comfortable and there is a large flat screen TV on the wall. It is a quiet location but still close to the old city.

Cons: The spa facility is not complimentary. There is an additional 13 euros charge to use it. This needs to be clear at the time of booking.
