Another good stay

Pros: Everything about this hotel is excelente, location, staff, comfort. I left my purse in the safe when I left the hotel only realising many hours later. When I rang they had already got it safe for me, ready for my mum to pick up. Thank you 😊 🙏

Cons: Parking is very tight and very expensive also.

Easy access to the main attractions

Pros: Great location, right on the edge of the old town. Room was comfortable and large.

Cons: Some staff were a little standoffish but when pushed for information they answered. Unfortunately the light for the toilet lights up the whole room which is inconvenient for the other person sleeping. We did not try the breakfast so we can’t comment.

A very pleasant stay on the edge of the tourist area.

Pros: Comfortable beds, great pillows, quiet night's sleep. We were very high up on floor 9 so no noise, and a balcony which was lovely and useful for drying towels which we'd used for riverside hot spring bathing. A few moment's walk to get to the central streets around the cathedral which was well worth seeing. We also parked under the buildng for a modest fee. Staff were helpful. Location is good by a pleasant park area.

Modern, spacious and comfortable in the heart of the city.

Pros: Central location, easy parking in nearby garage, welcoming, fabulous room - spacious, comfortable and interesting modern design. We had a balcony overlooking the city which made it extra special.

Pros: This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially given its prime central location in Ourense, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, and cleanliness is a standout—everything was impeccably maintained. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide and tasty selection of items to start the day right!

Cons: The service staff could significantly improve. Their unfriendly demeanor detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay—a bit more warmth or professionalism would elevate the experience.
