Hotel Alda Estación Ourense

Pros: The location is great. Also the reception is well connected. The staff were very respectful amd attentive. It was clean, it had a big spacious bathroom and three beds and one table and a chair. The closet had hangers and shelves. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper. I love the lighting in the room and the curtains.

Cons: The towels were all rather short. The hair dryer was missing. The table has only one chair instead of two. There is no mini fridge. It is a bit hard to understand how the window worked but my friend got to it :)

Pros: Staff and spacious room, quiet and respectful. Would stay again.

Pros: Great, new hotel, soap, shampoo and hair dryer available in the room (considering being 1*hotel). Great staff, easy access via door code if you are late plus self check in available inside (staff leaves hotel at 9pm).

Cons: Expensive being 1*hotel. 4*hotels have same price.

Good location, decent hotel

Pros: Good location, easy to find parking around. Quick check in, friendly staff, room was clean and decent size.

Cons: The door of the balcony was broken and we could not use it. The shower could use some maintenance as the water was leaking out no matter what we did. The mattress is really hard. Other people staying were quite loud on one of the nights we stayed but this is on people not hotel.

Pros: Very helpful and accommodating with late arrival due to delayed trains from Madrid. Responded quickly to our concerns arriving after midnight. Perfect location to train station. Clean and comfortable at a very decent price. Breakfast was very reasonable. Supermarket nearby.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: Everything was great. Check-in was smooth and fast, the guy at the counter was helpful, fast and very friendly and polite. Room was much bigger than expected. Since I had an extremely early check-out, they arrange a way for me to leave my key. The hotel is just 2 mins from trains station, really convenient!!

Cons: Elevator had a funny smell and remote control wasn't working (batteries?), but none of this was an issue for my stay, all of it easily fixable. It's a modern hotel in a inner alleyway so it is quiet, but no remarkable views. Still highly recommended!

Pros: It's nearness to everything,esp the train station,yet it is so quiet and relaxed,as we are on the other side of the river Mino.

Very pleasant stay in convenient location. Town centre (about 6 euros by taxi) very interesting.

Pros: Breakfast perfectly OK, good for included in price. Location extremely convenient for station. Taxis and buses for centre handy. Room quiet, although close to station.

Cons: Nothing for price.
