Beautiful setting and hotel, wonderful helpful staff. Wonderful stay

Pros: Beautiful area, within the grounds of the hotel, and the facilities were beautiful. All areas were clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and well decorated.

Surprisingly nice large hotel - the staff were pleasant and helpful

Pros: Enjoyed the spa - cost extra but it was worth it. Food was excellent both the bar food and the breakfast

Pros: I loved the ambience and spacious halls with calming music everywhere. The room was super spacious. The bed was comfy. The bathroom equipment was new and well functioning. The staff were polite and helpful

Pros: The setting was truly spectacular. The staff were all excellent and most spoke some english and we got by with our limited Spanish. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The spa was open twice a day and sometimes there were only a few other people in there. Numbers were limited each session so it was never crowded. The food in both the restaurant and the cafeteria was most enjoyable as was the choice at breakfast. relaxing music in the background and spectacular views over the grounds from enormous arched windows. The golf course isn´t open yet as its being re-manicured. Unless you want to truly relax and disconnect from the fast lane, and not go out, you need a car to explore the area and there are some lovely places to visit. the north coast is just gorgeous.

Cons: wow that tricky as everything was so lovely. an outdoor pool would make a fabulous extra with some sunbeds and umbrellas as the only place to have a small swim is actually in the thalassotherapy pool area. we did have a conversation with the reception and they said that it is a possibility in the future.

Pros: Lovely modern hotel set in acres of countryside with a golf course, lovely place and very well trained staff all at a great vale for money price what's not to like.

Beautiful Sunset Hotel

Pros: Close to highway. Big parking. Friendly reception staff. Welcome cake at room. Clean room. Outside space for walk.

High quality hotel with great staff

Pros: It is a very comfortable hotel with facilities befitting a finalist in the European Best Spa competition. I paid for an upgraded room which was well worth the extra expense. There are two restaurants but my preference was the bar one because they had a vegetarian dish. But the most important thing for me in any hotel (grand or humble) is the staff. I like friendly, helpful, efficient and effective staff. Lucia Cabado is one of those people who is just that, she is a great asset to your business and excelled in assisting us during our two day stay. Please commend her on my behalf. I recommend this hotel highly.

Pros: Hotel, hotel rooms and bed where very nice and clean. Size and precense of hotel impressive.

Cons: The room smelled like cleaning products and the bathroom smelled of drain. The breakfast was ok. Eggs where cold and tea brand tasteless.
