Eurostars Monumento Monasterio de San Clodio Hotel

Pros: Gorgeous building, huge rooms. Nestled in a beautiful area of Ribeiro wine country.

Cons: We were there for three nights, the restaurant was closed on two of them and full on the other, which was disappointing. The property also needs a more elegant entrance/carpark for such a grand building.

Stunning

Pros: Stunning building. The rooms were huge, the setting memorable. The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed. Peaceful and serene.

Cons: Staff were a bit thin on the ground but did a fantastic job.

It was all-in-all, magical.

Pros: It was a beautiful experience. So serene and lovely. The cloisters are amazing - I felt like I was living in another century. Breakfast was delicious!

Cons: Not a lot I didn't like. It was all lovely. There were lots of children having a celebration and there were sweet papers and discarded candy littered around the pool, but that was the only thing that detracted slightly.

We will take great memories from our stay.

Cons: The staff were so professional apart from one.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, could easily have been one of the historic paradores. Very peaceful location with lovely gardens. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The bath/shower was rather difficult to get into/out of for anyone not young and fit! Nothing to hold on to. The toilet was set into the wall and too high for me. But these were minor issues.

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is great.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Such a beautiful building restored with taste with great surrounding, gardens , vineyards Many areas and rooms to relax and stay private We would love to stay again Excellent restaurant - don-t miss it

Cons: Because the whole building is made of rocks, expect bad reception of WiFi or 4G network

Pros: exceptional building, staff and food very good advice from the staff restaurant would deserve a michelin star and is very very reasonably priced excellent breakfast proximity to vineyards to visit (highly recommanded) comfy room and very clean the overall experience was worth every penny

Lugar idílico

Pros: El propio lugar, es precioso. La habitación era espectacular.

Cons: Hacia frío en la habitación y no había manera de calentarla.

Excelente local para desconectar com conforto e comodidade.

Pros: Um lugar maravilhoso para desconectar e descansar. Equipe cordial, fácil acesso por carro, lugar muito bem cuidado em geral. Instalações limpas e decoração bonita, incrementada pelo próprio espaço natural do Mosteiro de San Clodio. Quarto e banheiro amplos (chuveiro excelente), com muitos armários, tv com quantidade razoável de canais, toalhas limpas e confortáveis. Restaurante de ótima qualidade a preços mais que razoáveis, tanto para o café da manhã quanto para o jantar (recomendo a reserva antecipada).

Cons: A menos que você esteja com carro, não há muito o que ver nas cercanias do hotel, inclusive em termos de opções gastronômicas. Pela própria natureza do edifício, o sinal de wifi é bastante fraco nos quartos, quando não inexistente. O estacionamento é ao ar livre, com espaço próprio dentro do mosteiro, mas sem qualquer tipo de proteção adicional contra as intempéries (debaixo de árvores), além de estar permanentemente aberto. O hotel poderia disponibilizar maiores informações sobre a história do Mosteiro, além de visitas à Igreja e outros lugares internos, sem depender da boa vontade da recepcionista.
